Sitting in a long car pick up line or endless traffic can feel like a waste of time. We casually get on our phones and slump off to internet la la land. If you’ve got 10 minutes waiting in a car, you’ve got an ab routine.
It’s honesty time. After having babies, my abs need all the help they can get. These are 2 of the workouts I do while stuck in a car.
Suck it in
- Sit up straight and hold your pelvis and chest still.
- Then, pull your belly button towards your spine.
- Hold it for as long as you can.
- Breathe lightly.
Punch in the Gut
- Contract your abs as if getting punched in the gut.
- Hold it for 10 seconds, then release.
- Contract your abs again as if getting punched in the gut.
- Hold it for 10 seconds, then release.
- Keep breathing and repeat.
