To say I like my coffee in the morning is an understatement. But it’s probably more accurate to say I like my coffee creamer in the morning. By the time I’ve finished doctoring my coffee, it’s mostly a dessert.
When I realized I would have to change my coffee habits to maintain my “modified keto diet”, I literally cried. The sugar free creamer was actually hurting my weight loss. Even though finding my coffee mojo has been a challenge, I think I have mastered the “mostly dessert” Keto diet coffee. It kickstarted the 25 pounds I’ve lost in the last few months.
What you need:
20 oz coffee
2 tablespoons Heavy Whipping Cream
1 packet of Stevia
2 1/2 pumps of Torani Sugar Free Vanilla Syrup
Tip: If I know I have a hectic morning, I make my coffee (including all the ingredients) the night before and refrigerate it. It’s almost like a cold brew.
